Within our organization, we use Bizzabo for our New Customer Trial Programs as well as our annual conferences, which have adopted a hybrid format ever since the Pandemic. With Bizzabo, we are able to run in-person and virtual events, delivering a memorable experience where every attendee can engage and take away key learnings.
  • Virtual Streaming - The virtual setting for our hybrid events is great! Virtual attendees can comment, ask questions, and create an online community. Recordings of sessions are ready quickly as well.
  • Registration Setup - The customization options for registration works extremely well for our organization! During our annual conferences, we expect a diverse group of attendees such as clients, our franchisees, and Enterprise Sales VPs. With Bizzabo, we're able to customize registration options making that part of the process seamless.
  • Agenda Customization - With our events, we offer not only main sessions, but also different tracks based on role/business goals. Bizzabo allows us to build agendas that make sense for our audience and help us internally analyze what sessions are getting the most traction.
  • Bizzabo Mobile App - The mobile app is outstanding! It eliminates our need to print thousands of copies of our event agenda and gives attendees access to updates in real-time. We also use it to communicate promotions, announcements, and reminders, making communication with attendees super efficient.
  • Onsite Equipment - When we are in-person for our events each year, we always encounter issues with our onsite equipment (WiFi routers, printers, and iPads). At least one piece of the equipment has always been broken and it makes our jobs super difficult - Either making it so we can't use that piece altogether or forcing us to consolidate equipment down for a large volume of check-ins.
  • Equipment Support - When we've been onsite and encountered issues with the Bizzabo equipment, it is nearly impossible to get any support or help. We have tried multiple chats, support phone numbers, and ticket submissions, but none have ever resulted in a good experience or solving for the issues.
  • Registrations Under One Name - In our business, we frequently have cases where one person registers for a group of attendees. However, when they arrive onsite at check-in - The group members cannot find their names - They are all listed under the one person's name who completed registration. There has to be a better way to fix this part of the process!
Bizzabo is really well suited for large-scale hybrid events. In this day and age, it's imperative to have a software that can successfully accommodate virtual and in-person attendees. Bizzabo blends these experiences extremely well. It is also great when event agendas are complex and need customizations - Bizzabo offers flexibility and has options for tracking session attendance. Bizzabo does not work well for smaller events with in-person only registrations. The risk of the equipment not working is high and, for smaller events, not worth the stress!

We use Bizzabo to handle both our in-person and virtual events and webinars. We run on average about 3-4 events per month on Bizzabo. The main problems that Bizzabo has solved for us is having a unified platform to support events that allow for both in-person and virtual, as well as included app support, and lastly physical hardware to support check-ins.

We used Bizzabo in the past year for both virtual and in-person events and liked that we had a good amount of control over the email templates, the merge tags we were able to use in comms, the referral marketing functionality, and overall analytics. The in-person check-in experience was also very seamless, which made it easy for our team to make that fluid for attendees.

We use Bizzabo as an event platform for our three conferences throughout the year - LA, Miami and Vancouver. The only issues we have is ease of use and having a better experience for our attendees who like to use the platform for networking.

We enjoy using Bizzabo for multi-day conferences that are in-person or virtual. The attendees are usually in Bizzabo a few months prior, so they get to understand the tool better and become acquainted with where things are located. In-person people like using the app to keep track of session rooms.

Our event required a seamless registration and check-in process for attendees including an app and the on-site Klik technology.

  • Bizzabo and Klik integration needs a lot of work, the platforms don't currently speak to each other and aren't intuitive, it lead to issues
  • The app needs work, we had glitches on-site causing slow downs to our attendees
  • The check-in process is too manual and too long when you factor in searching the attendee's name and sticking the Klik badge on - a QR code would be an amazing solution!
Events will a smaller number of registrants or a slower pace of registration would work better. With our event having such a high volume and peak times, we couldn't keep up with the flow due to the manual search + sticking the klik wearable on the badge + attaching the lanyards. An option to have the badge pre-assembled would go a long way and allow any event type or size to use Bizzabo effectively.

We are an event management company and use the platform to host virtual and hybrid events. The platform allows us to stream live or pre-recorded sessions to attendees. You can also purchase their on-site solution to check attendees in and print badges.

We use Bizzabo for ticketing and event registration/management. In the past we've had disjointed solutions like Eventbrite, etc, but Bizzabo allows us to use 1 tool. We've done both in-person and virtual events, as Bizzabo has a nice streaming solution that we've used for several webinars. The process for customers is excellent and streamlined.

Bizzabo was our company's solution for running virtual events during the pandemic. We work almost exclusively with government agencies, and Bizzabo's knowledge and experience of the virtual-event world guided us to successful events with said agencies. Bizzabo is constantly utilizing new technologies to improve the one-on-one experience that is no longer exclusive to in-person events. These events have helped engage countless attendees with our exhibitors and sponsors, all from the comfort of their homes or office.

  • Easy drag-and-drop site editor.
  • The robust registration system, albeit a limited logistics system for certain fields.
  • Built-in event analytics.
  • Extremely responsive support.
  • Extensive API system.
  • Some interruptions in service are sporadic but are being worked on by their support team.
  • More customization for the website builder would be nice- although customizable, CSS and Javascript is a must for complex features on the website.
We do not use payment system integration, but we do know they are compatible with major e-Commerce services such as PayPal and Stripe. If you are doing a free event or seminar, Bizzabo has a registration system to RSVP attendees. This is a quick and simple solution to maximize attendance numbers. The new platform for the virtual event, The Venue, is a very modern and powerful browser-based studio suite that allows speaker and attendee interactions. There are a few systems still being finalized, but out of the box, it is a great way for attendees to communicate with each other during sessions and ask the speaker questions via the Q&A.

Our organization uses Bizzabo for almost all of our event needs; registrations, session selections, speaker/talent/exhibitor/sponsor contracting and document management, on-site check-in, badge printing, session scanning, event app, etc. It has become almost our one and only tool for events. We also recently started using Bizzabo instead of Zoom for staff meetings for our remote team members.

Bizzabo is a very user-friendly platform for our staff on the backend, and it is also easy and visually appealing to our registrants. They also have great account managers who will work with you as much as possible to help you achieve your specific needs or pull in their software team to help. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Bizzabo platform and the support staff.

  • Their APIs allowed us to integrate with our core-systems, making contact and registration information easily transfered.

  • How data is managed between the app and backend sometimes leaves disconnects that require manual refreshes in both the user app and the registration process.
  • The who viewed your profile notification is sometimes viewed as intrusive.
Our annual conferences hosts 4000 technologists who have a lot of experience with apps and usability. Bizzabo's clean UX and user journeys make it both efficient and effective for our conference. Coupled with a fairly easy to use backend, we find it far better than the several alternatives we have tested over the past 4 years.

Bizzabo is well suited for offering a single-source platform. They are also suited well for spinning up resources that might not have the technical expertise normally needed for Events Management.We highly recommend the Onsite Services Representative be added to your contract for larger Conferences.

Bizzabo Onsite Services can be tricky if you a) haven't done it before or b) lack the onsite technical resources to assist. Bizzabo's Session Scanning speed is significantly slower than competitors so you must have more scanners available.

Bizzabo helped us to seamlessly organise a hybrid event that we could stream easily for virtual participants and monitor the attendance for on-sire employees. It was a great tool to easily communicate with both audiences, capture their needs and be able to create an event that was suitable for a diverse audience.Having one tool enabled us to streamline the work for our internal team. We had one person internally who managed registration, communication and AV on the day and this made us work much more efficiently together.

We host most of our events on Bizzabo from website creation, on-site check in to virtual event solutions. They are a 1 stop event solution for event organiser like ourselves. They provide advanced event solution and support that brought event experience to a new level. The main issue that concerns us would be their accessibility in China which is limited.

We use Bizzabo for event registration and virtual events as a platform. We run physical and virtual events ranging from 10 attendees to 8000+ attendees across all kinds of events such as virtual roundtables and meetings, customer events, partner events, roadshows, and a yearly flagship event. Bizzabo is used for the event website, registration process, and the vast majority of event communications (most event invitations are done from our marketing automation solution). We use Bizzabo for anything from simple ticketing and RSVPing for an event to using it as a platform for all of our event communications and additionally as the full event platform for virtual events. For physical events, or the physical portion of any hybrid events, we use Bizzabo to build out the event website, agenda, and the open API or the reporting capabilities to work with any onsite badging solutions.

For setting up a simple one-page event site, Bizzabo is very quick to use and has a site up and running. It can also handle more complex and versatile multi-page event sites and complicated registration processes. The website builder is very easy to use and does produce a flashy-looking website with limited technical know-how required, and it can be extended further with custom CSS and JavaScript, which makes it very versatile indeed. Customer Support is always quick to respond and assist. It is slightly less suited to running events such as webinars, as although it has the capability, from a simple web page builder and registration process, we have experienced attendees with difficulty joining virtual sessions due to security settings or other problems which hasn't been the case with other solutions we have used. It is also expensive as a webinar platform as the cost per registration can quickly add up for on-demand viewings, and other solutions do not have a cost for this.

I manage event support for attendees for all Bizzabo shows. Virtual Events have been a new offering for Clarity Experiences stemming from the need created from the Pandemic. We have a handful of clients both new and existing that benefit from the ease of use and convenience of Bizzabo.

Bizzabo is easy to use and troubleshoot on the backend. We've learned to become efficient in solving attendee registration issues via adding FAQ's or identifying where the bottleneck is in logging in.

We use Bizzabo as an event and streaming solution for clients. A lot of clients come to us looking to host their events virtually or have a registration solution for their in-person events, and we didn't have a main platform for this. Because of this, we would have to resort to bespoke or one-time solutions for our clients, which can be expensive. We chose Bizzabo as our in-house solution.
  • I like the community aspect of the site where users can share their tips and tricks.
  • Uploading large lists can be very easy.
  • The training provided was good.
  • I found that the sites were not customisable enough for my clients needs.
  • The platform was at times difficult to navigate and not very intuitive.
  • You cannot edit the footer of emails to suit business needs of clients.
Bizzabo is great for organizations who are looking for a solution that is quick to set up and has very basic functionality. It would be good for organizations who are looking for an event-in-a-box type thing where new users can come onto the platform and set up their events easily. It's not very suitable for organizations looking for more customizability and who have strict brand guidelines that they have to follow.

I used Bizzabo for an internal event and the on-site check-in, registration and streaming functionality all worked perfectly fine. The interaction between onsite and virtual participants was limited, but I have not found a solution to solve this yet.The best thing about Bizzabo is its dedicated Customer Support team.

Bizzabo is easy to use and has helped us convert our on-site events to hybrid events or online events. With Bizzabo we can create and run online events worldwide without much effort. In addition, speakers and participants can be managed in the tool.
  • Integration with our CRM went pretty smoothly so that we could transfer the information and data into the respective tool without any problems
  • With the help of the analysis tool, clear tracking and individual follow-up of the participants can be achieved
  • Additional items can be booked easily, e.g. on-site check-in and the data runs in real-time in Bizzabo
  • virtual sponsors are difficult to represent via Bizzabo. This function still needs to be fine-tuned so that virtual sponsors/ exhibitors can be attractively displayed in Bizzabo.
Bizzabo speeds up registration for our participants (on-site and virtual). In addition, sessions and speakers can be easily customized via the backend, which allows for an active agenda. In addition, there are still possibilities in the area of webinars that we will test out. Unfortunately, virtual sponsors are difficult to represent via Bizzabo. This function still needs to be fine-tuned so that virtual sponsors/ exhibitors can be attractively displayed in Bizzabo.

We use Bizzabo for our annual user conference. We use it for registration, the website widgets even though we use our own suite, agenda management, email communications in tandem with pardot and salesforce, and attendee check-in and badges. We use it as our event management platform for in-person events and previously virtual events.
  • Clean UI for users
  • integrations with other tools (SFDC)
  • plug and play widgets and learning. I was able to teach myself the tool relatively quickly
  • promo codes are easy to set up and use
  • Missing add-on tickets like training. this is key and many organizations use add-on ticket types. this needs to be added asap so that it's a seamless and easy process for event pros to set up within their registration instance.
  • We need more dashboards and reporting, or more detail around payments. I feel like this is a bit of a gray area and isn't as easy to dig into as it should be.
  • group pricing functionality could be built out more
  • build a community! bizzabo doesn't seem to value the community of its users or training. I would advise setting up training for users with their CSM or classes. you are kinda just left on your own to figure it out with very little guidance.
Bizzabo has been a great solution for our first-time event. It is encouraging to see many additional platform features and acquisitions over the last few months. We look forward to continuing to expand our footprint with the tool and it's reassuring that they continue to invest in improvements.

Bizzabo is being used by our entire organization, as we are a professional conference company. We use Bizzabo for all ticketing and registration, event websites, to capture leads, and communication with attendees.
  • Bizzabo makes setting up registration for an event very simple. You can make it more complex if you require that, but if you only need to capture basics and payment, it is easy to set up.
  • Making a custom event website is also very easy. There are a lot of widgets build in with content you might need, such as Speakers. While it takes a little bit of use to figure out how it works, once you know the basics, creating a multi page website with all your event info is super easy.
  • Creating custom ticket types and promo codes is full of options and it’s easy to allow many different options for purchasing tickets. From expiring ticket types to tracking promo codes, you can allow people to buy tickets with unlimited options (early bird, sponsor discounts, etc.)
  • Their customer service is lacking, in that it takes me about 24 hours to get a response to a question, which seems to be due to time zone differences. I’m in PT so not anywhere crazy. Often tiles the response is a follow up question, so it can take a whole week to resolve a basic problem.
  • Their contacts/tickets/orders areas are unnecessarily complicated. I can look at a contact but not be able to refund them for a cancelled ticket without clicking from their contact to their ticket and then to their order. It’s not all accessible in one place. Also if I’m accepting a check payment with an order # included, if I’m only searching in the “tickets” category, I won’t be able to find it. It’s a very clunky system. It works but isn’t as simple as it could be.
  • Its registration form features are limited. For example, I can add any type of question to the registration form (check boxes, drop downs, text, etc.) but I cannot add a description to the question. So if I’m asking about dietary restrictions, I can only ask the initial question (“do you have any special restrictions?”) and I can provide options (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) but I cannot tell them if their option isn’t listed to email us unless I put it in its own check box.
  • Visually it’s quite limited as well. You only have a few basic themes for your custom website to choose from. The agenda looks how it looks and your only options are black or white. The layout of confirmation emails cannot be changed other than the order of information. A lot of room for improvement on customization.
  • There is no way to save outgoing emails. If you sent an email and then sent a second, you cannot resend the first without copying and pasting the original content. Formatting of emails is also limited (eg. no attachments).
Bizzabo is great for very small businesses who produce basic events. If a company has a couple events a year and wants a professional interface, it’s a great option. It’s less appropriate for companies with more complex events or who want full customization abilities.
